The manual is addressed to foreign students who are starting their studies at the law faculties of Russian universities and who speak Russian at the first certification level. The main purpose of the manual is the formation of students' communicative competence, sufficient for adequate professional communication in the educational and scientific field of their activities. The manual was created in accordance with the new educational standards and taking into account the latest achievements of the communicative methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language: special attention is paid to the complex development of speech skills in four types of speech activity, including oral scientific speech (speaking and listening), both monologue and dialogical ... A distinctive feature of the manual is the orientation of the textual material underlying it into three main special courses: "Theory of State and Law", "General History of State and Law", "History of the Domestic State and Law". A CD is attached to the manual.
Пособие адресовано иностранным учащимся, приступающим к обучению на юридических факультетах вузов России и владеющим русским языком в объеме первого сертификационного уровня. Основная цель пособия — формирование у студентов коммуникативной компетенции, достаточной для адекватного профессионального общения в учебно-научной сфере их деятельности. Пособие создано в соответствии с новыми образовательными стандартами и с учетом последних достижений коммуникативной методики преподавания русского языка как иностранного: особое внимание уделяется комплексному развитию речевых умений в четырёх видах речевой деятельности, включая устную научную речь (говорение и аудирование), как монологическую, так и диалогическую. Отличительной чертой пособия является ориентация текстового материала, лежащего в его основе, на три основных специальных курса: «Теория государства и права», «Всеобщая история государства и права», «История отечественного государства и права». К пособию прилагается CD.
